NVOC is the VISION of an Egyptian entrepreneur: Late Engineer Diaa El Qabbani. The fate did not give him time to live till the production phase.

Now, Cargill is running NVOC through a management contract, with an achievable plan to make Eng. Qabbani's dream come true.
